Inspired by these nostalgic meals, they dreamed of bringing the flavors of their beloved diner to new places.
Moving to Las Vegas, the family opened a retro-inspired food trailer that offered all the diner favorites they loved. The food trailer quickly became a local favorite, offering juicy burgers, crispy fries, thick milkshakes, and more.
